    A/S Product Acceptance

    After receiving the service(A/S), please refer to the following to ship the product to TOVIS

    Completion of Reception

    After the service representative confirms the product, send a letter of completion of receipt

    A/S Determination

    Send a text when repair costs are incurred based on the date of purchase and symptoms

    Deposit Confirmation and A/S Progress

    Product A/S progress after deposit confirmation only for paid repair products (except step 5 for free repair products)

    Repair and Product Delivery

    Shipping products upon completion of service(A/S)
